Product Manager/Strategy 5-ProdDev

multi-cloud/hybrid workloads, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS applications and adding

intelligence and simplicity. We are looking for product managers who can

not only provide thought leadership is security but are

  • Atleast 3 years of experience with identity management domain includingidentity lifecycle, single sign-on, federation and directories.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills to build demo videos, marketing collateral and present to customers/product events.

  • Experience with user experience development and ability to create wire-frames to communicate user stories and expectations.

  • Attention to detail to work with product in a hands-on manner to be the product champion.

  • Strongknowledge of agile iterative product development, especially withwriting clear user stories and prioritizing product backlog.

  • Demonstrated track record of teamwork and working cross-functionally to accomplish product goals.

  • At least 4 years of experience with working with large enterprise products.

  • At least 2 years of experience with cloud native and/or SaaS products.

  • Familiarity with cloud-native stack so be able to understand highly technical engineering team.

  • Knowledge of Oracle Identity Governance, Oracle Access Management, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Unified Directory is a big plus.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.
