looking for a Senior ProductMarketing Manager t o help lead content development and go-to-market
planning across multiple sales, business development, and product marketing
teams. You will be responsible for working closely with field and digital
sellers, marketing, business development and product development stakeholders to
drive the right strategy, messaging and execution within Oracle’s database
As an Autonomous
Database GTM & Sales Enablement Lead you will be responsible
for the following:
Leading the development of Cloud GTM marketing for AutonomousDatabase and Database Cloud - focusing on packaged solutions
Manage marketing activities that relate to specializedfield in multiple regions for inbound and outbound programs.
Create solution content and assets to drive trials,consumption and adoption of Autonomous Database
Plan, execute and track field and digital sales playsaround Autonomous Database
Develop content which identifies customer needs,oversee market research, and monitor the market trends/competitivelandscape.
Initiate and foster relationships with sales, field/digitalselling leaders, business development groups in regions around the globe.
Define, create and maintain selling and product contentBOM including use cases, detailed personas, key themes, customer lifecyclemessaging, differentiated value propositions and ROI, field communicationsand sales enablement readiness in partnership with other product marketingmanagers, product management and field sales teams.
Ensure the overall enablement efforts are havingpositive impact on productivity by measuring key KPIs with field/digitalselling stakeholders.
Field, digital selling sales experience; enablementprograms or field support

Excellent verbal and written skills - PPT skills are amust
Confidence to deliver live sales training andenablement, product webcasts; facilitate sales role-playing scenarios;demos and hands-on workshops
Experience developing sales enablement strategies
Experienced in leading go-to-market for enterprisesoftware and emerging styles of GTM for Cloud-based packaged business solutions.
Understanding of how to message & position to Enterprisecustomers
Experience with or knowledge of Oracle’s (orcompetitive) cloud offerings.
Understanding of Database and/or Cloud PaaS and/or IaaStechnologies.Related areas such asData Warehousing, Analytics, Application Development, Security, and Data/Application,Integration a plus.
The ability to work across teams (engineering,marketing, sales and services) to ensure we create and promote the rightcompetitive messages through the right vehicles
Demonstrated bias for action and driving results
At least 10 to 15 years’ experience in roles such asmarketing or sales, evangelism, program management, etc. within thehi-tech industry
The candidate should also
B.A./B.S in Computer Science or Engineering(preferred), Marketing or related field
Preferably, an M.B.A (or equivalent in related workexperience)
Travel Component: Approx. 20% travel within the United States and Canada may
be required to successfully fill this role.
Position Location: Onsite at Oracle HQ in Redwood Shores, CA (San Francisco Bay
Open to considering US-basedcandidates who are willing to relocate to SF Bay Area for this role.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.
As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Provides leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Ability to work with Executives. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic. Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. Basic HTML and web technology skills a plus. BA/BS/MBA degree.
