We are continuously expanding the Oracle Content and Experience platform,

striving to add modern features such as smart content, ability to deliver highly

personalized content to various consuming businesses, building a sophisticated

search platform to address the needs for large scale complex front end

experiences – that often source content from multiple sources.

To

meet the demands of the rapid growth in adoption of Oracle Content and

Experience, we are expanding our development team and are looking for architect/lead

developer to work on the core content management server, with focus on search

platform being newly built. As a part of this highly agile team, you will be

responsible for leading, designing and developing significant portions of

server modules, participate in various integration efforts and help provide

architectural inputs to advance the product.

You

will work with leading edge cloud infrastructure and technologies and will have

the opportunities to influence future product architecture and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the design, developmentof significant portions of the Oracle Content Experience Server platform.

  • Work with product

  • Participate andinfluence in day to day design and development of various projects.

  • Work withvarious external teams for integration with the product and help guide theintegration.

  • Resolve complextechnical issues and make design decisions to meet the criticalrequirements of scalable, highly available, resilient, multi-tenantenablement of services in cloud.

  • Understandvarious Cloud technologies in Oracle to help evolve the tooling needed tomonitoring and run the service in cloud 24x7 basis.

DesiredSkills and Qualifications

  • MS or higher inComputer Science/Computer Engineering.

  • 10 years ofexperience in software design and development, preferably in SaaS/CloudServices.

  • Experience isbuilding scalable, federated search framework is a big plus.

  • Very strong fullstack J2EE and Web technologies understanding.

  • Experienceworking with Databases and object-relational technologies.

  • Experience inweb security concepts such as authentication, authorization, single sign-on,OAuth solutions.

  • Proven trackrecord of building highly scalable, fault tolerant multi-tenant serverarchitectures.

  • Experience inend to end product development life cycle and ensuring customer success.

  • Understanding ofmodern content management systems and experience building is desirable.

  • Must be detailoriented, task driven and have excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to workin high pressure, highly flexible environments.

  • Passionate aboutthe cloud technologies and solving the real world SaaS problems.

  • Experience withagile software development and short release cycles.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
