CACI International Business Systems Analyst - DMLSS in Remote (Any State), Virginia

Job Description

CACI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work with our Customer for the adoption/use of the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support system/LogiCole by the VA. As a team member, you will be on the forefront in shaping and developing training solutions for the Users of the Application. Exciting times, indeed!

What You'll Get to Do:

  • You'll serve as a DMLSS Subject Matter Expert to help make the transition for the VA to DMLSS/LogiCole.

  • You will meet regularly with customer stakeholders to identify and agree upon business needs for the VA project; clearly communicate those business needs to Scrum Development Team; and work collaboratively with customer stakeholders and Development Team to decompose high-level business needs into user stories (functional requirements) all of which help facilitate the delivery of deployable software in short Sprints. You must demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills.

  • You'll communicate with parties within and outside of your job function, and you'll typically have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.).

  • Work with Project Leads to align training and educational needs with implementation objectives

  • Conduct iterative training needs analysis for adoption of DMLSS and replacement of VA legacy applications and interfaces

  • Design Training approach, training strategies and methodologies for workforce readiness, and define, design and publish hands-on application and technology training, customized computer-based end-user training and online help

  • Support leadership briefs, project change management, implementation evaluations, new process documentation, end-user training documentation and publication of quick reference guides

  • Provide on-site training and support to VA staff on DMLSS, and help develop solutions to implement and sustain DMLSS/LogiCole at VA Medical Treatment Facilities

  • Serve as a DMLSS Subject Matter Expert to help make the transition for the VA to DMLSS/LogiCole

  • Lead DMLSS demonstrations to stakeholders/users, and work with Documentation & Training team to assist in development of training materials

  • Work with Documentation & Training Leads to align training and educational needs with implementation objectives

  • Conduct iterative training needs analysis for adoption of DMLSS and replacement of VA legacy applications and interfaces

  • Support leadership briefs, project change management, implementation evaluations, new process documentation, end-user training documentation and publication of quick reference guides

  • Serve as Liaison between JMLFDC and FHCC

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience using the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support System (DMLSS) (prefer end-user experience at a DMLSS production site within the last three years)

  • DMLSS System Administration Experience

  • Experience with Army, Air Force or Navy Medical Logistics business processes

  • Very strong communication skills (both written and interpersonal)

  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro

  • Must be a self-starter who can manage competing priorities in a very fast-paced environment

  • Ability to build and maintain customer/client relationships and express their needs to the team

  • Knowledge of VA Medical Logistics business processes

  • Experience working with VA Information Systems i.e. VistA, IFCAP, FMS, ECMS, AEMS/MERS GIP and PIP

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence Tools
