How Will You Make an Impact?

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support the integration of Tracelink (Track and Trace Solution) to ensure compliance with Serialization and Track and Trace requirements as well as detailing the technical solution.

You will actively gather requirements, communicate with clients/partners and vendors to assure their understanding of existing tools, projects, and future direction, and meet their ever-changing needs. Yo will focus on building strong partnerships and delivering operational, strategic and meaningful IT solutions.

You will also support the EPCIS Implementation and Client/3PL Integration projects from an IT analysis perspective. You will provide IT expertise to design, implement, and support and maintain the Pharmaceutical Serialization Track and Trace solutions (Tracelink, ROCIT, Codesoft, Optel) across the Enterprise

What will you do?

  • Serves as liaison between business leadership, customers, technology teams and support teams

  • Systems administration and development of Tracelink, ROC-IT, Code soft systems.

  • Collaborates with business stakeholders, solution vendors and IT infrastructure teams ensuring application availability and assists with day-to-day administration of the application interfaces

  • Gather and document user requirements and business processes

  • Partner with business clients, customers and delivery teams to determine appropriate solutions to fit business needs

  • Maintain and manage partner and product master data, conduct needed analysis to ensure data integrity is maintained

  • Onboard and maintenance of associated master data for Patheon direct customers/Brand Owners and downstream partners to the Tracelink system.

  • Determine and document processes work instructions and SOPs impacted by business needs.

  • Work with IT Quality to conduct risk assessment against the user requirements

  • Perform impact analysis for application changes and business process optimizations

  • Assist Integration and UAT by working with the business and IT QA (define test scope, scenarios to be tested, identify areas of impact requiring testing, etc.)

  • Analyze and development of business processes/user documentation

  • Develop the validation approach and develop the associated documentation.

  • Bug fix and version release review, documentation, testing and release into Patheon environment monthly, Systems enhancements and daily trouble ticket management.

  • Author and Execute Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols.

  • Support the integration of Tracelink (Track and Trace Solution) and to ensure the company is compliant with Serialization and Track and Trace requirements.

How will you get there?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field required.

Experience

  • Eight to ten years of experience with information technology delivery for a life science regulated businesses required, specifically in supporting manufacturing/GMP/Serialization systems.

  • Experience providing leadership in a matrixed environment preferred.

  • Direct experience designing, delivering and managing global IT outsource services preferred.

  • Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry required.

  • Experience with various serialization products to include Tracelink, SAP, Bartender, ROC it or similar experience.

  • Operational excellence and/or process improvement systems preferred.

  • Current knowledge of IT industry trends.

  • Ability to maintain industry-leading subject matter expertise (SME) in the field of IT.

  • Ability to translate business needs into solutions.

  • Detailed knowledge of end-user computing and networking systems.

  • Superior customer service and communication skills required.

  • Strong organizational change management capability.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong business unit consulting skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% on an annual basis
