  • Will need to run a center with 300 people who provide O2C and Call Center operations

  • Prior on-site and off-site management experience is required

  • Client facings skills along with order to cash and operations experience required

  • Solid roll up your sleeves type management style with the ability to establish a strong management system for internal operational performances as well as client dashboards

  • Business Controls knowledge required. Experience is a plus

  • Accounting & Finance background

  • This role is responsible to achieve financial over/under targets and utilization targets

  • Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Excel

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, attention to detail, prioritize, problem solving, work in the grey and work effectively in a fast paced environment

  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions without getting lost in the details

  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes in priorities and scheduled tasks

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing across multiple levels within an organization and with customers

  • Strong customer service orientation
