IBM Digital Marketing Project Manager in RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, North Carolina

Job Description

As a digital channel strategist, will lead major cross divisional projects to modernize the Hybrid Cloud digital experience, buyer journeys and interactive capabilities of our web domain and digital campaigns through the application of new technologies. Will partner with the IBM Digital Business Group and Offering Management teams to define project plans and drive consistent implementation across the various marketing diamond teams. Project may include: schedule a consult, quote to marketplace, chatbots, contact insights engine, contact module experience, G2 Crowd user reviews, TextMe engagement, in-product registration & live chat, etc.

The primary partnerships would include the IBM Digital Business Group, Marketing Diamond Teams, Offering Management teams, Digital Sales and marketing CHQ teams. Responsibility will be to drive project plans across marketing teams responsible for solution campaigns and web experiences.

Must have strong project management skills, ability to engage multiple teams and leaders to collaboratively build consensus on project plans and be highly articulate on communication project status and ROI objectives. Digital experience and marketing skills are highly recommended as all projects will be related to building a world-class, innovative digital experience and new lead capture capture capabilities.

Experience in managing cross matrix teams and leading large number of people to achieve a common goal. Sales experience is also a major plus, as the ability for sales to work on progressing leads across the digital funnel will be an important aspect of this role.

The digital channel is becoming a critical revenue producing RTM for IBM Hybrid Cloud, which spans quality contact capture, lead conversion and sales revenue (direct purchase or via sales passed leads). We need to drive near triple digital growth in this channel in 2018-2019, and thus need to build the capacity to do so.

This role is located in IBM offices in Research Triangle Park, NC.

Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.
