The Complex Program Manager in SAP is responsible for successful delivery of IBM's largest and most complex SAP client commitments. Individuals within this specialty and skill set manage client engagements, ensuring delivery of solutions for complex IT, business and client requirements.

This specialty is responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to the client using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. They have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.

They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client. They provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the client.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 4 years of SAP IT Project Management experience

  • At least 4 years of end to end SAP IT development Life Cycle experience

  • At least 4 years of experience guiding and facilitating executive level business decisions and performing business analysis in cooperation with SAP clients

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • At least 8 years of SAP IT Project Management experience

  • At least 8 years of end to end SAP IT development Lifecycle experience

  • At least 8 years of experience guiding and facilitating executive level business decisions and performing business analysis in cooperation with SAP clients

  • At least 2 years of SAP S/4 HANA experience
