Accenture Federal Services is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team the Reston, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within Accenture Federal Services. The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will support multiple federal agencies through the Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) Program. The CDM Program is a high-profile, high-visibility, cybersecurity modernization and risk management program where you can contribute innovative solutions and consult with many different federal agencies to enhance their Information Assurance (IA) programs and continuous monitoring capabilities.

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team the Reston, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within Accenture Federal Services. The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will support multiple federal agencies through the Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) Program. Basic Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of overall IT software development experience

  • 2 years’ experience with developing “Bots” using COTS tools

  • 2 years’ experience participating in projects that implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using COTS tools

  • Minimum of 2 years of business analysis experience that include eliciting, creating business requirements deliverables and process mapping and design

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Completed RPA Training in one or more industry-leading solutions

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, engineering or other technical discipline is required

  • Eight (8) years of additional, relevant technical experience in IT or a related field may be substituted for education qualifications Knowledge of emerging cybersecurity technologies

  • Familiarity with DHS Cybersecurity programs such as Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+)

  • Certification Security Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability; active Top Secret clearance preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with MS-Visio or other process visualization tools where you have created diagrams to capture business processes

  • Experience in End-to-End development of Business Process execution using Robotic Process Automation

  • Experience designing, developing and implementing RPA ""bots"" which automate real-world, non-trivial business processes

  • Experience working directly with process owners in the development of process automation solutions

  • Demonstrated competence in Python, c#, vbnet or .net

  • Excellent communication skills

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
