CACI International Program Manager in Reston, Virginia

Job Description

You will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of assigned teams to achieve the goals and success criteria for assigned customer IT projects.

Provide on-site support to the customer providing insightful solutions and assist with determining and implementing both technical and business goals, in consultation with top management, and make detailed plans to accomplishment those goals.

Develop and maintain project schedules, facilitate monthly scheduled meetings, review updates and discuss progress and associated risks. Perform horizontal integration planning, and interface with other functional areas where necessary.

you will have experience in the following areas:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Project, EPM, and/or Jira

  • Operations Frameworks (e.g. ITIL)

  • IT Tools expertise (e.g. Maximo, Splunk, ServiceNow)

  • Software Development Frameworks (e.g. DevOps)

  • Configuration Management

  • Ability to self-learn, act on own initiative and work in a dynamic environment

  • Strong verbal communication and documentation skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • PMP Certification

You will have one of the following education requirements:

Candidate must have one of the following:

  • 10 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma

  • 8 Years of job related experience and Associate degree

  • 4-7 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree

  • 3 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree

  • 2 Years of job related experience and Doctorate

It would be nice if you had the following:

  • IT-related technical degree

  • IT-related Certifications

  • Managed a workforce of 5 or more
