CACI International Project Manager in Reston, Virginia

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be the liaison with facilities for all construction, renovations, and upgrades to power and cooling for enterprise Data Centers. You will be responsible for keeping both, customer and CACI management abreast of issues, risks, and accomplishments, as well as coordinating surveys, overseeing work progress, providing quality oversite, maintaining schedules, and providing solutions and alternatives for challenges. You will also, coordinate funding requirements with Government oversite for funding approvals.

You will have experience with the following:

  • Must possess demonstrated project leadership skills, including experience with all project lifecycle phases, such as planning, analysis, specifications, quality assurance, process re-engineering, end-user training, and implementation and monitoring of compliance and metrics

  • Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and consultative skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and proven leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Must possess excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate to varying levels of organizational management

  • Must possess strong critical thinking skills and are detail oriented

You will have one of the following:

  • 12 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma

  • 10 Years of job related experience and Associate’s degree

  • 8 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree

  • 6 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree

  • 4 Years of job related experience and Doctorate

Core hours:

9:30am to 2:30pm
