Active Top Secret clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (Required).

EBS professionals design, implement and deploy EBS solutions to achieve defined business goals. Their skillset includes experience in application design and configuration, technical architecture, integration, testing, conversion and deployment.

Basic Qualifications include ability to:

  • Support and troubleshoot all Financials modules within the Oracle E-Business Suite (e.g. General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Purchasing, Inventory, Fixed Assets)

  • Gather and analyze client functional and technical requirements

  • Conduct Fit-gap analysis, identify and communicate recommendations to the client

  • Guide, coach team, and fully participate in all phases of an application implementation including requirements planning, functional and technical design, system design and development, testing and deployment activities

  • Formulate test plans and participate in testing and acceptance process using industry standard methodology

  • Provide user training to new users and retraining to existing users on new functionalities

  • Develop proposals / recommendations of enhancement which requires great understanding of the client business processes

  • Observe defined methodology and standards

Professional Skill Requirements:

  • Working experience of 3 or more years in E-Business Suite and a minimum of 1 year with Fixed Assets module including configuration/development

  • Strong hands-on experience with full lifecycle Implementations of Oracle E-Business Financial Suite R12 especially with the following modules:

o General Ledger

o Payables

o Receivables

o Purchasing

o Inventory

o Fixed Assets

  • Solid understanding of integration of Oracle Applications modules, Multi Org, Reporting Currencies Setups, Chart of Accounts, FSG, Budgets and Flex fields

  • Good Exposure to Reconciliation of Sub-Ledger modules with GL, Fixed Asset Depreciation and Capitalization, Accounting Setup Manager, Inter Company Accounting and MOAC

  • Products Include (not limited to): E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, Momentum, SAP

  • Previous working experience with Public Sector will be considered a strong plus

  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment

  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with client-facing positions is an advantage

Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
