Familiarity and experience with DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and/or NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) (NIST SP 800-37) and implementation of technical controls (or experience with similar processes at other federal agencies);
Possession of (or interest in attaining) DoD IASAE II Certification CASP CE or CISSP (or Associate) or CSSLP;
Technical understanding of the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model in relation to meeting DoD Networthiness/Net-Ready requirements;
Hands-on experience with tools such as NMap, ACAS/Nessus, and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP);
Experience testing and implementing DoD STIGs and devising mitigation strategies, applying Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) patches to systems and complete security compliance scans upon applying patches or updates to the system;
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
Experience with project management, including scope management, risk management, project delivery, and schedule tracking.;
Knowledge of and experience in continuous integration and delivery;
Ability to prioritize and multi-task;
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences;
Ability to build rapport with team members and clients;
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology or engineering discipline is preferred; and
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position.
Candidate must have an active Top Secret clearance. Work location is mainly at a client site in Arlington, VA, with some local travel required to other sites in Northern Virginia.

An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
