CACI International Software Developer in Reston, Virginia

Job Description

CACI Enterprise IT (EIT) is expanding its Quick Response Resource Capability (QRRC) Team tasked with delivering rapid technical solutions to our Intelligence Community (IC) customer. As a Software Developer with the QRRC Team, you will receive requirements from the Functional Group Managers (FGMs) and deploy to various Northern Virginia facilities, providing short-duration support to high priority projects and needs. You will be a prominent member of the QRRC Team being agile, responsive, and focused on providing the best mission support by leveraging industry best practices and proven streamlined processes and techniques.

You will have the following experience:

  • Full lifecycle application development experience

  • Ability to integrate software with existing systems

  • Aptitude to learn and understand new software and systems

  • Working knowledge with the following technologies:

  • Java

  • Windows

  • Linux

  • Shell Scripting

  • Cloud (AWS, Azure)

  • Experience as Agile Developer

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Ability to provide on-call operational support

  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and brief comprehensive project documentation (requirements, system design, interface control documents, security, etc.)

  • Ability to translate customer and systems requirements into automated test cases

You will have one of the following:

  • 8 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree

  • 6 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree

  • 4 Years of job related experience and Doctorate

Experience with the following is a plus:

  • Scrum Master experience

  • Experience leading Agile Development Teams

  • Strong experience as Java Developer

Core hours:

9:30am to 2:30pm

Work location:

Reston, VA with local travel
