Job Description

You will be responsible for organizing the efforts of teams within customer offices to plan, accomplish, and report on work supporting the design, development, deployment, and operations of the overall IT enterprise. Responsible to support project schedule and resource management processes.

You will have specific experience in the following areas:

  • Microsoft Office applications utilization (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)

  • Microsoft SharePoint utilization

  • IT Monitoring Tools utilization (e.g. Maximo, Splunk, ServiceNow)

  • General familiarity with IT concepts and technologies (e.g. Client-Server architecture, DevOps, AWS architecture, virtualization, collaboration technologies)

  • Ability to collaborate with senior customer officers in the accomplishment of tasks

  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements

  • Ability to pay close attention to detail in performance of all tasks

  • Ability to self-learn, act on own initiative and work in a dynamic environment

  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

You will have one of the following:

  • 10 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma

  • 8 Years of job related experience and Associate degree

  • 4-7 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree

  • 3 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree

  • 2 Years of job related experience and Doctorate

You might have the following:

  • PMP or CAPM Certification

  • PMF Framework

  • ITIL Certification
