CACI International Technical Lead TS/SCI w/Poly in Reston, Virginia
What You’ll Get to Do:
You will provide support on a team that provides a full spectrum of important IT-focused, enterprise-wide lifecycle support, including dev ops, applied technology investigations, operations and maintenance, and infrastructure lifecycle support services across the customer’s enterprise.
More About the Role:
Serve as the Contractor POC for the customer on technical (non-programmatic) matters, including but not limited to:
Advice on requirements to be issued (e.g. pros/cons of different solutions)
Status/progress metric reporting of ongoing efforts
General oversight of technical team, make suggestions for improving efficiency as appropriate
Collaborate with other contractor team leadership roles to stay current on overall program/project status
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, from an accredited institution
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
TS/SCI clearance with poly
Deep technical knowledge, including but not limited to understanding of enterprise architecture, software and web application development, and systems engineering
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences
Knowledge of Agile development environment
Leadership experience in a technical environment
Continuing awareness of new technologies and industry trends
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience working in a customer-facing role is desired
Agile and/or project management certification(s) is desired
