The Public Service Sector consulting practice is a trusted advisor to federal, state and local governments, partnering to meet challenges and responding quickly to citizen demands, business needs, new economic conditions, and changing legislative priorities and policies.
The TS/SCI ISSE/Security Engineer will assist in achieving Security ATO for the deployment and configuration of an IBM COTS software on a C2S environment. You'll participate as a security engineering representative on engineering team for the design, development, implementation and integration of secure networking, computing, and enclave environments. You'll also be the primary representative for integration of IA architectures, systems, or systems components. You'll apply knowledge of IA policy, procedures, and workforce structures to design, develop, and implement secure networking, computing, and enclave environments. Support security planning, assessment, risk analysis, and risk management. Identify overall security requirements for the proper handling of government data.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scopy Polygraph.
DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level 2.
Experience with the ATO process on C2S.
Knowledge of IA policy, proceudres, and workfore structure to design, develop and implement secure networking, computing, and enclave environments.
7+ years of experience as an ISSE on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or rleated discipline. 4+ years of ISSE experience may be subtituted for a Bachlor's degree.
