Eaton Corporation Materials Manager in Reynosa, Mexico
Eaton’s Vehicles division is currently seeking a Materials Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Reynosa facility.
The Materials Manager is responsible for manages all plant materials functional activities with the objective of maximizing services and quality, optimizing production being conducted at any time according to Eaton’s Ethics and Values.

Verifies material releases and returns to suppliers in appointed time periods to ensure the company objective with respect to on-time delivery.
Ensures to elaborate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly production programs of manufacture and assembly.
Directing production programs of assembly and shipment, as necessary, as according to the revisions in the customer requests.
Optimizing the Inventory Control to reach with accuracy and meet established targets ensuring the relative requisitions to consume raw material.
Directing on-time deliveries to customers and suppliers and meeting set-objectives.
Supervises and manages all materials’ employees in accordance with the performance of their activities and responsibilities
Maintains precise records of tracking product, maintaining the warehouse area, shipments and receiving, identifying, ordering and coding.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business or similar
- 3 experience years as Materials Manager on an automotive company.
Knowledge of Oracle.
Extensive knowledge of Customs Laws.
Excellent communication and human relations skills and the ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
- APICS Certification
