Eaton Corporation Sr Quality Engineer - Customer Service in Reynosa, Mexico

Performs thorough analysis and collects detailed information to facilitate effective resolution of customer concerns.

Manages customer portals to ensure customer complaints are submitted on time, and facilitates implementation of customer specific requirements and usage of site applications for different functions.

Ensures rigor in non-conforming material handling.

Promotes the continues improvement of the Quality Management System and supports CIFs strategies and project

Tracks Eaton performance with customer through scorecards and escalates issues when necessary.

Ensures adherence to and improves Quality System processes: Manufacturing Process Audits, Corrective and preventive Actions, Supplier DMR, APQP. Promotes a process focused approach and risk based thinking.

Communicates the importance of the Quality Management System and adherence to requirements.

Supports development of departments resources according to functional competencies.

Qualifications

Mechanic Engineer, Electro mechanic Engineer, Industrial Engineer Degree or similar

  • 5 experience years in Quality area.

Knowledge on Automotive Standards and OEM specific requirements.

Knowledge on problem solving

English 85%.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience worked with customer as GM, FORD, Chrysler.
