The Production Planning job family is responsible for planning, scheduling, and organizing the efficient maintenance, operation and performance of work assignments. Coordinates with various departments to achieve optimum utilization of operations and maintenance resources to effectively achieve production improvements through usage of industry standard methodologies.
This position will support the Work Control process through support of planning, directing, and activity coordination of work to accommodate corrective and preventive maintenance and quality documentation for Plant Operations.
This position shall be performed under the day-to-day direction, control and supervision of WTCC.
Perform all work safely and with the utmost concern for the safety of self and other employees.
Perform all work in compliance with environmental permits and regulations.
Administrative, organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in MSOffice programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Set up assets in CMMS.
Establish PMIDs, creating PM schedules with grace periods, and analyzing Hazardous Waste Permits, Limiting Condition of Operation, and inspections scheduled to ensure planned maintenance meet those requirements.
Assist in managing delinquent PMs
Ability to train others on how to administer preventive maintenance program
Process PM Work Orders
Support the Waste Treatment Plant Nuclear Safety Quality Culture by emphasizing the values of safety and quality in the performance of work in order to protect self, others, and the environment

AECOM has joined with Bechtel to create an LLC, known as the Waste Treatment Completion Company (WTCC) to construct, start-up and commission the world’s largest radioactive-waste treatment plant for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) in southeastern Washington state. The project will use vitrification technology to process and stabilize 53 million gallons of radioactive and chemical waste currently stored at the Hanford Site which is a byproduct of plutonium-production during World War II and the Cold War era.
The project is the largest undertaking of its kind ever and one of DOE’s most technically challenging cleanup projects—equivalent to building two nuclear power plants. Its construction site spans 65 acres and includes facilities for pretreatment, low-activity waste vitrification, and high-level waste vitrification, as well as an analytical laboratory.
Bachelor’s degree business, engineering, construction management, economics and 4 years’ experiencewith a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Possess the ability to perform vital and detail control functions. Knowledge of a variety of operating activities such as purchasing, materials, scheduling, task hazard identification/controls, preventive and corrective maintenance.
Associatesdegree in business,engineering,constructionmanagement,economics and 6 years’ experiencewith a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Possess the ability to perform vital and detail control functions. Knowledge of a variety of operating activities such as purchasing, materials, scheduling, task hazard identification/controls, preventive and corrective maintenance.
High School Diploma/GED and 8 years’ experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Possess the ability to perform vital and detail control functions. Knowledge of a variety of operating activities such as purchasing, materials, scheduling, task hazard identification/controls, preventive and corrective maintenance.
Work Control experience in the DOE / ISMS / VPP / Commercial Nuclear environment
Must be able to work in the United States without Sponsorship
