Organization :
The business will focus on developing and executing a consultative services strategy to help Oracle customers maximize the value from their Oracle investments.
The objectives of the Software Investment Advisory business will be centered on four key principles:
Proactive Account Management with dedicated alignment
Investment Maximization and helping customers realize the value of their Oracle assets
Cloud Transformation on Oracle
Providing Consulting Services by the Oracle Experts from Oracle (3rd Party Compete).
Role:
Responsible for the definition and delivery of the strategic and tactical enablement of Software Investment Advisory’s organization to execute its core services; while ensuring productivity and value contribution to Oracle’s business.
Scope:
Manages and leads a local/ virtual team
Owns assigned activity / segment and objectives
Works with other relevant Senior Managers and executives
Responsibilities:
Manages the strategy for the specific teams area of responsibility, defining the business plan, objectives and KPI’s aligned to organization strategy
Leads, manages and motivates your teams to achieve specific KPI while helping to identify and then implement new initiatives for maximizing growth through services, programs, initiatives and strategies
Supports your team in building and managing their tasks and supports them in driving a high volume of activity
Owns the success of services strategy against KPIs such as customer satisfaction and service delivery outcomes and timelines
Communicates systematic business planning, monitoring and reporting of your team’s activity for assigned area
Effectively communicates relevant information to team and all levels of the organization
Build executive presentations
Operates in line with Oracle’s processes/procedures & core values
Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of the team including trainings on techniques for securing new accounts and account management
Defines and drives the recruiting process
Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent combination of studies and experience in Computer Science
Third level qualification (Degree/MBA/Other) will be an advantage but related senior management experience may be substituted
Typically 10 years’ experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry: consulting, account management, value engineering or customer success with at least 5 years’ experience in people management.
Competencies:
A proven track record in a business that provides services ideally within the IT, SW deployment area
Passionate leader capable of selling on added value and influencing key decision makers
Ability to develop strong, constructive relationships with multiple strategic stakeholders in international work environment
A hard-working ethos who is disciplined and reliable in executing company processes and strategies
Strong communication, presentation, business writing and professional skills, including being able to liaise with both technical/ business & internal/ external contacts
Ability to influence C level stakeholders in order to gain credibility quickly, inspire trust and confidence
Proven people management skills, including delegation, coaching and motivation
Experience in large and complex IT environments
Fluent in English, other languages dependent on the market / region
Percentage of travel may be required

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Directs people in, and develops the strategy for, the delivery of license advisory services while ensuring productivity, revenue and value contribution to Oracle's business. Implements, directs, and monitors policies, procedures, and standards.
Leads a team in an assigned area. Creates and ensures appropriate business plans and delivery plans are established, managed, updated, and reviewed for assigned area. Drives operational performance goals and responsible for achieving defined targets. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
University degree or equivalent combination of studies and experience. Demonstrated leaderships skills. Ability to take a big picture view to think and act strategically. Typically 12 years of professional experience with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience
