Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing quality customer service by processing ACH transactions, quickly, accurately and professionally. This position requires excellent communication skills, research, and analysis of information. Execute the Window processing for the TX and VA platforms. Balanced pre-post downstream distribution and work on suspended file issues. Handle risk customers, attending to their ACH inquiries and the company's financial risk is managed by not allowing ACH files to process until all risk attributes have been satisfied. Manage the use of various database tools and processes in support of ACH meeting critical Service Level Agreements and deadlines. Monitored and submitted jobs on via TSO, CICS and CA7. Interact closely with programmers, ACH Management, the Federal Reserve, the Electronic Payments Associates, vendors, internal business partners and customers to resolve issues. Document and deliver turnover for any outstanding issue for the next shift to arrive. Provide statistical analysis and reports. Support projects during testing, procedure writing, training and Implementation conversions. Assist in other areas of the ACH department as needed to include Delete/Reversal
