Bank of America Senior Customer Service Representative in Riverside, Rhode Island

Job Description:

Provides support to employees and vendors related to Accounts Payable related inquires. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Must have good communication and problem solving skills. May research issues or transfer to research functions. Handles calls related to the systems and processes of the Accounts Payable department, from procurement through payments. Calls predominantly routine, but may required deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures.

Candidate must have excellent verbal communication and problem solving skills, and desire to provide excellent customer service.

  • Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese
