Basic Functions Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues concerning recruiting.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

A. Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.

  2. Monitor and assists supervisors with hiring processes and issues.

  3. Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems.

  4. Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local laws and company policies and standards.

  5. Create and type office correspondence using computer.

  6. Composes/drafts letters, tables, reports, and other materials from copy or rough draft.

  7. Assist with orientation of new employees. B. Independence : Performs duties under supervision and guidance of Supervisor, U.S recruiting staff, with significant choice of methods/procedures. C. Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Minimum Qualifications

A. Education Level: Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

B. Experience: A minimum of four (4) years in US government contract.

C. Specific knowledge, skill, ability, and requirements: Knowledge of company policies. Knowledge/experience in management practices/policies; ability to communicate effectively; valid driver’s license.
