Project Manager 5 - Ops
Enterprise Reporting Sr PM Analyst serves as a business reporting subject
matter expert in support of Oracle’s fast-paced Cloud business. This individual contributor role applies knowledge
of Cloud Framework quote-to-cash business processes and solutions to shape
reporting requirements, serving as an active partner to many teams including Finance,
Compensation, Sales operations, Operations, and OAL. This Senior PM Analyst stays abreast of the
changes in the rapidly evolving Cloud Framework and uses business acumen and
reporting experience to anticipate needs of reporting users and influence the
Cloud Framework solutions to ensure that reporting needs are met. This individual is responsible to communicate
requirements, test Cloud Framework solutions through existing or new reports,
test new reports, validate data, share information with business partners, help
users uptake new reports and trouble shoot issues.

communication skills to influence, share knowledge and drive change are
critical for this position. This
position is ideally suited for a business-experienced

Experience and knowledge of Finance and Accounting rules will be
utilized in this role which involves a comfort level with revenue recognition rules
and financial controls.

Understand Cloud Framework data flows and business processes affecting data
expert knowledge to influence Cloud Framework related reporting projects in

which to expand and retain Cloud business
standards of consistency, high data quality, simplicity, and ease of use
Lead requirements gathering process with Finance and other functional business
Use a scenario-based requirements and testing approach to develop a full
Anticipate business needs, identify risks and employ mitigation strategies
testing of BI solutions, data integration and reporting functions through data
training and communication slides for users to understand reporting from a
variety of business processes and solutions
the trainers within the business teams, especially Global Process Owners;
respond to questions and share information with business stakeholders
10 years’ business experience with reporting and data analysis, and experience
in a business operational position
demonstrated analytical ability to coordinate, manage, and ensure the success of
cross organizational, global projects
MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and other Excel functions
Superuser fluency in OBIEE
Demonstrated analytical abilities and attention to detail: resolve problems
using analysis and sound logic
to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize accordingly and
proactively resolve complex problems independently
High-performance and high-quality approach to deliverables and support provided
Self-motivated; display high level of initiative
communication skills with a proven ability to successfully interact with and
influence varying levels of individual contributors and management across
business and technical teams without a direct line of management

Experience developing business processes and reporting solutions
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.
Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically 12 years of related experience to include 10 or more years of project management experience desired.
