This is an exciting opportunity in Rocky Mount, North Carolina for a Customer Quality Data Analyst.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

Tracking and Reporting

  • Support all teams with supportive data and reports

  • Track and publish corrective and preventative action status weekly

  • Track and record monthly customer reviews

  • Track team scorecards monthly

  • Create and publish monthly quality package for Quality Leaders

  • Provide supportive data for monthly Product Quality meetings

  • Create Debit Memos as requested

  • Process engine and part returns from customers

  • Administrator of RMA process for engines and parts

  • Disposition return engines and parts

  • Manage and report daily Before In Service defects for pre-spills

  • Track and publish Before In Service and Parts Per Million top 5 defects weekly

  • Provide supporting charts for weekly leadership meeting

  • Provide supporting charts for monthly management review meeting

Budgeting and Training

  • Create Purchase Orders as needed for office supplies

  • Provide supplies from Indirect Stores

  • Set up for new hires, i.e. computer software, mobile phones, accessories

  • Provide basic training/support for Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, office equipment, printer setup, etc.

  • Actively support key administrative functions (Ariba entries, Debit Memo, etc.) for Quality and surrounding teams

  • Track cost for all engine pulls from Original Equipment Manufacturers

General Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage multiple issues at one time

  • Interfaces and communicates with internal and external customers. Directs people to appropriate resource. Research solutions and response to email and phone inquiries with minimal input from direct supervisor. Interacts effectively with all levels of employees in the company.

  • Participates in training and personal development and assists in training other department personnel

  • Communicates effectively with the assigned team, support teams, engineering, and management

  • Knows and complies with team, site, and company policies and procedures including the proper use of PPE

  • Maintains housekeeping and safety in work areas

  • Maintain confidentiality as required

  • Completes work with minimal supervision


  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is required

  • Good communication, organization, and problem solving skills

  • Strong computer software skills required (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Minitab, Internet Explorer & Outlook)

  • Basic office skills required (scheduling meetings & interviews, composing reports & memos, developing presentations, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge of hyperlinking, not required but is helpful

  • Basic typing of 35 wpm is helpful, not required

Must have ability to pay close attention to detail and have zero tolerance for inaccuracy of data; particularly when it comes to the data and reports that tie into SOX reports.

Initiative: Ability to undertake additional responsibilities and respond to situations as they arise without supervision.

Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience .
