This is an exciting opportunity in Rocky Mount, North Carolina for a Production Support Technician - Level III.

Performs skilled non production activities independently which support the manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment and may instruct or coach others.Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Develop and interpret SPC charts

-Process capability

-Minitab - Control Charts and Quality Tools Functions

-SQL Queries for Engine Build and History

-Build Reports in Power BI - Manage Gateways

-CMES Genealogy and Serial Number Sequence Histories

-Interpret Prints

Participates actively in the identification of ways in which to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

This position will be assigned to Machining, Assembly or Supplier Quality based on business needs


High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

.Experience performing data Investigation and analysis

.Capable of advanced blue print reading with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing knowledge - Able to read and interpret part drawings and visualize the features of a part.

.Understanding of orthographic projections, dimensioning methods, and notes on part drawings. Understanding of engineering standards (torque specifications, visual inspection standards) required

.Utilize Microsoft Office Tools including:

-Excel - Pivot tables and charts, and Advanced Functions such as VLOOKUP and CONCATENATE

-Powerpoint - A3's, 7-Steps, Slideshows, Technical Documents

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience
