The Sr. Delivery Consultant for Professional Services is a lead technical specialist with detailed knowledge and skills required to implement Verizon Connect SaaS offerings. This person will provide technical leadership for platform projects and have the skills and competency to lead discussions regarding a customer’s business and technical requirements.


  • Manage and support both internal and external customer relationships.

  • Assist in gathering the customer's business and technical needs by leading facilitated sessions and interviews with key customer personnel.

  • Assist in structuring solutions that address a customer's identified business need.

  • Investigate, analyze and resolve technical problems arising in the configuration.

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the products, processes, tools and implementation best practices.

  • Log defects clearly using appropriate systems and standards.

  • Set and manage customer expectations; adapt and prioritize needs and requests.

  • Create scenarios and success criteria that test functionality for business requirements

  • Provide timely and accurate information and support to customers and partners.

  • Communicate and influence effectively in situations of conflict.

What we’re looking for...

  • Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 9 years’ experience in a Professional Services environment or technical role in a client-facing capacity.

  • Intermediate Excel skills.

  • Ability to be responsive in a changing environment and work effectively in a team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong problem solving skills.

Even better if you have:

  • Strong technical acumen required; technical knowledge of telematics solutions a plus.

  • SaaS background desirable

  • An ability to inspire, energize and motivate teams across all service functions as well as ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed, as well as team environment
