As the DevOps Tools Administrator, you will support the IEP program in operating and maintaining tools in support of the DevOps capability including Source Code, Pipeline, Code Quality, Defect, and Agile management.
You will work as part of the team to operate & maintain existing Software Development life-cycle tool-sets including:
Assisting end user population in usage of the tools
Evaluating requested Add-Ons for various tools
Provision/manage accounts and roles for the various tools
Install and integrate new tools into the DevOps pipelines to facilitate efficient development operations
Interact with vendor support to resolve issues as required
Track and report on open issues and events
Must have at least 3 years' experience working in a Linux environment
Must have at least 3 years' experience working with teams leveraging the Agile Software Development Life-cycle
3 years' experience working in a high paced Operations focused environment that leverages ITSM processes for incident, change, release, and service management
Experience with Splunk searches for root cause analysis
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
