Strategic Communications Analyst

Work you ll do
As a Project Delivery Analyst in the Human Capital group, you will:
Work directly with clients to foster professional and reliable lines of communication
Utilize MS Office, MS PowerPoint, social media accounts, email resources, and visuals for effective messaging
Create technical informational guides, end-user communications, executive summaries, talking points, and more
Team with strategic communications consultants to design and create custom and creative communications plans and deliverables
The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming the organization (and the benefits providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization s culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, political science, or a related discipline
2 years of relevant experience in corporate/government communications, management or strategic communications
2 years of relevant experience creating visuals, slide decks, or strategic communications plans and resources
2 years of relevant experience analyzing internal and external stakeholders to create effective messaging
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Due to COVID-19, certain on-site client work has been suspended until further notice, however, on-site work may be required on a case-by-case basis for this position.
- 2 years of professional experience in a public sector consulting role
