Hill-Rom Sr Analyst IT in Rudolstadt, Germany
This is a global role that will mainly focus on the build out of SAP S4 for all Hillrom sites and the bolt on applications. Responsible for large enhancements to existing Suite on Hana SAP, SAP ECC and bolt on systems.
Providing support to existing and new systems and processes. Serving as a consultant to the business in order to translate business requirements into processes or technical systems solutions.
Serving as a consultant to functional managers and executives to identify business requirements for enterprise systems and translate them into assignments and tasks. Utilization of technical tools to contribute to technical specifications.
Working with functional managers and executives to manage large-sized and/or complex projects from identification of the business need through full execution of the system solution. Develops project plans, resource requirements, timelines, dependencies, and budgets.
Carrying out the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) and FDA (Federal Drug Administration) regulated environment. Documents requirements, develops testing strategy and change control process, develops system solutions and unit tests, develops test scripts, schedules and processes integration tests, schedules and conducts performance tests, participates in validation activities, and plans for integrations.
Education of functional managers on new processes and systems in accordance with the SDLC.
Serving as a leader and mentor within the department.
Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Information Systems or Business Management or other related field is required, Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
Requires a minimum of 6 – 8 years related experience with extensive knowledge of integrated ERP information systems
Experience in project management required
Ability to recognize problems, problem definition, problem analysis and problem evaluation in familiar situations and independent decision making and decision implementation
A high degree of individual ownership and accountability
Demonstrated change management with an ability to make courageous recommendations and decisions to drive significant organizational change
Ability to influence others outside direct control and tenacity and energy in leading change towards an effective work environment
