Position Summary: Role includes working on strategic projects (both Regional and Local) managing and executing initiatives, challenge the “status quo” of the current processes, deliveries and SLAs identifying opportunities of automation, centralization, outsourcing, robotization and process improvements, creating, monitoring and work with operational KPIs. Responsibilities: Project Management and Processes Improvement Execution of an products / services identifying process opportunities for streamlining work and increase efficiency. Execution of continuous improvement projects. Performance TrackingandBusiness Operational Intelligence Evaluation of efficiency and effectiveness about O&T key activities to identify opportunities for improvement on O&T performance. Implement KPI´s model, aligned with business and market. Gathering and summarizing business activity statistics for decision support. Ensuring availability of key performance measurements/indicators, including external data / market performance. Internal and external Best Practices Definition of methods and techniques to be used internally that has consistently shown results superior than those achieved with other means and are used as benchmarks for the organization. Oversight of Marsh´s operating principles and operational performance at country level. Business Analytics Provides clients with tools supported by data on which to build informed risk management decisions for our clients’ insurance, business and financial issues to support both brokerage and consulting clients across all sectors. Stakeholder Engagement Leads and/or participates in stakeholder engagement sessions and works in partnership on identified initiatives to improve client experience. Participate in cross-functional teams and build relationships with key internal clients and business partners. Develop and communicate presentations to Senior Executives. Data Privacy and Quality Management (*) Control and maintenance of core reference data such as clients, markets, products and people. Ensure Operational compliancy with data privacy rule reviewing data gathering transit and storage process Education: Bachelor degree or higher in business, engineering or other finance related discipline. Experience Solid experience in managing projects in complex multinational organizations Prior work in the insurance, finance or consulting industries. Knowledge and skills : Good analytical skills Navigate seamlessly with different hierarchies (different management levels, including very senior levels and lower grades in different areas). Structured thinking and excellent articulation of ideas Excellent presentation skills Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
