AT&T Sales Executive - Lead in São Paulo, Brazil

The Network Integration Engagement Manager is responsible for leading and supporting Sales in generating profitable revenue.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on sales/closing strategies with Sales Leadership

  • Engage on regional and global opportunities where third party sourced products and services require integration at the technical and service levels.

  • Understanding and translating customer business requirements into functional and technical networking requirements

  • Evaluating and qualifying opportunities on their technical feasibility and AT&T's operational capabilities in advance of development of a detailed solution

  • Consultative selling approach to creatively develop, present and sell customer proposals

  • Building a commercially sound technically and operationally feasible solution meeting customer requirements, with the objective of creating a winning solution

  • Drive the design of non-standard solutions (and understanding the design), obtaining approval from support organizations

  • Negotiate costs and specific terms and conditions with third party suppliers

  • Supporting Sales in articulating and defending the solution to the customer

  • Ensuring that the proposed solution can be handed over to enablement for implementation

  • Virtual team leader: Coordinate with other AT&T organizations and non-AT&T resources (e.g. GSE, BDM, Legal, GSS, suppliers, business partners, etc)

  • Manage the Contract Engagements with the subcontractors

  • Manage AT&T and 3rd party resources (as appropriate) to perform the services per the Contract, working with other AT&T service delivery organizations as required

Key Competencies and Skills:

Highly successful professional with broad experience in all aspects of Telecommunications, with Strong IP Technical Background, desirable experience on Solution crafting and/or service assurance. Other key characteristics must be Flexibility, competitive attitude to handle new challenges, open to change, teamwork oriented, strong collaboration sense. Ability to cope with pressure, oriented to results, and demostrated capabilities for design, implement and handling the life of the project. Capable for building relationships with Customers, Peers and Partners.
