Oracle Emerging Technologies and Supply Chain Cloud Business Group develops
global go-to-market strategy, messaging, and materials, as well as evangelizes
Oracle’s Cloud Emerging Technologies and Supply Chain solutions. The
group works across the ecosystem like product development, corporate marketing,
sales, channels and the user communities, to create consistent and compelling
messaging. The team also develops detailed plans that involve the determination
of the target markets for applications and how best to target them. A
structured approach to selling is then created that empowers all the global
sales teams to execute and be successful.

CloudMarketing – IoT and Supply Chain Management
entails the management and support of message creation, content curation,
analysis, and other key activities supporting the upkeep & promotion of the
IoT and SCM Cloud area. The ability & desire to work effectively in a
global, matrixed organization is critical to success. The successful
candidate will understand the needs & priorities of all IoT and SCM pillar
areas & train/apply them accordingly. Experience with and evidence of
strategic analytical ability is strongly desired as are excellent communication
skills, strong presentation acumen, and extensive and elite writing
responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Build the Go-To-Market plan for IoT in SCM
Develop compelling and differentiatedmessaging. Publish these tomarketing collateral, including theIoT and SCM Oracle.com web environments
Drive Oracle’s IoT awareness through influenceroutreach, blogs and social media
Engage with customers and analysts to build casestudies and credibility
Evangelize the Oracle IoT solution at eventsglobally
Run training sessions for both internal &external (partners) stakeholders in the IoT and SCM Community to betterunderstand the available tools & posting mechanisms.

DriveGTM strategy. Grow the Oracle IoT business through marketing. Know how to message against thecompetition. Determine andunderstand the best venues and channels for evangelizing the Oracle IoTstory
Messaging and Positioning Skills: Create modern, unique, anddifferentiated messaging for all IoT and SCM product areas.Communicate that messaging to all market channels including Oracle.com,sales training, webinars, social media, and briefings.
Powerful Writing: As a team member, you will be asked to createselect, high-impact communications and collateral for the field. Theseinclude executive blogs, high-level web pages and brochures, as well aspresentations. Strong writing skills, with an emphasis on telling a clearstory, are a must. You’ll need to be experienced and gifted in succinctlydescribing the business value of products and solutions.
Presentation Skills: In this role, you will present infront of both large and small groups. You should be accomplished andcomfortable as a speaker. You should be able to demonstrate aptitude forleading an interactive working group, as well as delivering scriptedpresentations.
Sales/ Sales Training Skills: You will develop and deliver avariety of sales tools. In some cases, you will develop the messaging andthe collateral will be created by others. In other cases, you will turnthe message into collateral. Therefore, experience in sales, developingcollateral, or sales training is desirable.
Cross-Functional Management and Influencing Skills: As theinterface point between Sales, Product Strategy, Product Management,Corporate Marketing, and Field Marketing. The successful candidatewill demonstrate the ability to get people in other functions to maketimely contributions.
Research Skills: You will often need to find factson IoT and SCM products, industry, or customer base and will need toleverage internal and external sources for this purpose.
Multi-Tasking and Organization Skills: Because you’ll be responsible forshaping messaging for many different industries and products, you willhave many activities going on simultaneously. The ability to beorganized and keep diverse activities moving forward is essential.
Interpersonal Skills: One of the unique aspects of thisrole is that you will interface with all kinds of people at many differentlevels. As such, you’ll need superior interpersonal skills to besuccessful.
Computer Skills: In this role, you’ll be primarilyusing PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. You should be proficientwith each of these applications. Skill in graphics, web design or anyAdobe applications is a significant plus.
Years of Experience: 5 years of IoT and supply chainand/or ERP experience, ideally to include marketing, selling, development,and/or management of IoT Supply Chain related solutions.
Education: B.S. / B.A. Life experiences that have providedsimilar grounding in marketing are also appropriate.

Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.
As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Ability to work with Executives. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic.
