Preferred Qualifications

As a Client Partner on the Core Tier 1 team, you’ll own 15-20 of our

largest clients within the fast-growing Core Accounts team for the Oracle Data

Cloud. Our team owns over 4,000 global brands that buy our solutions for audience,

contextual targeting, DMP, brand safety, and measurement.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with sales and digital

marketing experience with agencies, clients, ad tech platforms and media

partners. The right candidate will be motivated by building new relationships,

identifying and clearing hurdles to growth, managing the health of current

connections, and expanding the overall opportunity with their client. Our Core Tier

1 team is part of a great, collaborative culture that is integral to our

success – and we’re looking for candidates who will help build and deepen this

culture.

Key responsibilities include:

Ownership of set

of clients across several verticals (Retail, CPG, Tech, Telco, etc.). Your primary

goal is to build, maintain and deepen relationships with stakeholders both

externally (Client, agency, channel partners, etc.) and internally to maximize

the opportunity with our client set.

In partnership

with our Solutions team, you will craft an approach to deepening engagement and

adoption that helps brands drive successful digital marketing outcomes – and

thereby helps ODC to become “core infrastructure” – that is, turn ODC into an

integral partner in their success.

Skills and Qualifications:

Sales experience calling

on client, agency, ad tech or media partners driving revenue growth and successful

outcomes for their marketing programs.

Specific

experience with digital media and leveraging 3p and contextual/brand safety

data is strongly preferred.

Ability to

prioritize is key – focusing on products, relationships and work that most

directly fosters growth

Must be very outgoing

and persistent – with the drive, research skills and influencer identification

abilities to establish new client/agency relationships.

Must be

detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills that can juggle many client/agency

relationships and activities at a time. Willingness to track and document

activity in CRM system is key.

Strong

interpersonal skills, positivity and the ability to embrace change effectively

are critical to success.

Ability to work

effectively with a seasoned Solutions Consultant is highly important to success

– building a trusted partnership between sales (to build, improve and deepen

the relationship set) and solutions (to develop and execute the strategy to

delight key stakeholders, increase product adoption and revenue growth)

Team mentality:

ability to work effectively with the Core team to identify best practices, work

through key hurdles, and drive towards growth across all accounts – not just

those you own.

Has effective

“edge” – ability to push back when needed and challenge the process while

deepening external and internal relationships

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
