Oracle Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) - Client Success Specialist in Sacramento, California
Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.
Work with a higher volume of smaller, less complex clients to develop long term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues/replenish/renews contract with Oracle. Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 3 to 5 years of professional experience. Demonstrated experience in implementation or client facing relationship experience. Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems. Industry experience is desired.

The Client Success Specialist for Data Providers manages a named book of partners and is responsible for growing and maintaining those partnerships. Your range of duties includes business reviews with partners, integrating new data providers, identifying and executing against new growth and revenue opportunities, and general account development.
What Will You Do?
Own day to day communication with partners
Understand Oracle Audience Marketplace products and provide input on enhancements needed to service partners
Act as the data strategist for each account, providing insight into ecosystem, trends, and future growth
Responsible for growing accounts to include: engaging closely with key advertisers to drive revenue, driving platform-wide adoption of new audience marketplace products, and maximizing integration efficiency
Be on the forefront of partner communication responsible for escalations to executive management
Who Are You?
2-4 years of experience working at an Ad Network/DSP (preferred), Digital Agency or Publisher
Enjoys growing partnerships
Enjoys working within a complex ecosystem and able to deal with ambiguity
Excellent communication skills, both internal and external
Ability to grasp new concepts, both business and technical
Desire to grow into larger role within the organization
