We are

looking for an experienced, hard-working, self-starter to join the SuiteSuccess

Last Mile Solutions Team focusing on our NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud

Service (PBCS) Product. A Solutions Specialist on our Last Mile Solutions Team

will use their NetSuite configuration, PBCS configuration experience and FP&A

domain expertise to configure new SuiteSuccess Solutions for the Netsuite PBCS

platform. They will have a strong understanding of core NetSuite processes and

functional implementation capabilities using the full range of NetSuite’s

native configuration tools, to include but not limited to - Dashboard

Configuration, Saved Search and Report customization. Strong written skills and

attention to detail are key requirements as this role is also responsible for

the creation and upkeep of solution documentation utilized by NetSuite Sales

and Professional Services as well as our NetSuite Partner community.

As a

NetSuite PBCS Solutions Specialist you will work closely with our SuiteSuccess

Solution Management team to identify core requirements for new solution

construction or existing solution updates. You will also showcase our solutions

to the industry influence teams to ensure they met or exceeded the solution

requirements and ultimately becoming a subject matter expert on Oracle NetSuite

Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the Solution

Management team to translate business requirements into functional & technical

configurations.

  • Ensure the creation of

domestically competitive PBCS Solutions per market per industry both at launch

and on an ongoing basis.

  • Create and maintain

documentation associated with SuiteSuccess Solutions.

  • Showcase PBCS SuiteSuccess solutions

to the Solution Management and vertical/regional influence teams to ensure

product readiness per market.

  • Work with NetSuite Professional

Services & Sales to build PBCS templates for NetSuite Customers for

provisioning.

  • Conduct testing and quality assurance

in line with SuiteSuccess standards defined by the Strategic Initiatives’ standard

operating procedures.

  • Participate in business

planning activities and ongoing progress reporting with the senior leadership.

  • Track and respond to

SuiteSuccess support tickets to ensure proper installation of our SuiteSuccess

solutions in customer accounts.

  • Work directly with NetSuite

Support organization to ensure continued customer satisfaction.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Bachelors’ degree preferably in

Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Software Development or

equivalent. Accounting or Finance knowledge, education or background is

preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to

communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership, both written and

verbally.

  • Ability to translate business

requirements into functional configurations on the NetSuite platform.

  • Experience with creating

applications in Financial Planning, Budgeting and Analysis systems is a must

with experience creating applications in E/PBCS, Hyperion Planning and/or

Essbase preferred.

  • 1- 2 years’ experience of

NetSuite functional or technical consulting with a strong and demonstrable

product understanding including process flows, dashboard configuration and

publishing, & saved searches and reporting.

  • Experience with Agile delivery

principles a plus.

  • High level of comfort with

ambiguity; ability to structure unstructured problems and resolve quickly.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Overlay sales personnel providing specialist product expertise to the sales force.

Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years field sales experience. Subject matter expertise in industry/product space. Knowledge of key industry leaders and management. Knowledge of Oracle competition. Presentation and product demonstration experience. Understanding of software and consulting arenas. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. Travel may be needed. BA/BS degree in related field.
