Accenture Technical Support Analyst in Sacramento, California

Responsibilities include:

The Technical Support Analyst will resolve technical issues regarding project work environment and development environment. This will include Windows workstation support, server support assistance (Windows Server, Hyper-V, SCCM, iSCSI), printer support, tool support (version control tools, office automation tools, web development tools, Office 365), network support assistance (DHCP, DNS), inventory tracking/disposal, and hardware support (workstation, laptop, server, UPS, storage array, etc.). On-Call support will be expected during evening hours and over the weekend

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Desktop and/or Network Support role

Preferred Skills

  • DNS & DHCP management experience

  • Microsoft Hyper V experience

  • Remote Software configuration management experience
