The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. The Cards & Retail Services team helps customers achieve their financial dreams by providing a variety of products across the credit spectrum. Our team is 6,700 strong, working in communities across the nation, and focused on doing our very best to help our customers succeed financially.We are searching for a highly motivated and professional Inside Sales Representatives to join our Direct Auto - Central Sales team. The Sales Representative must be able to handle a high volume of incoming calls from new and existing customers, while providing an exceptional customer experience. Will support Direct Auto Team - selling auto refinance, new purchase, used purchase, lease buyouts and private party purchases.

The successful candidate will be comfortable in reciting from standard scripts and screens to address each customer’s individual needs and must possess the ability to easily navigate within the system and track calls accordingly. Additionally, the Sales Specialist 1 will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of a variety of financial products and services in order to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

The successful candidate will also be able to use multiple monitors to navigate multiple applications, systems and/or Windows, use a variety of sources for information, enter information into computer system. Will be REQUIRED to use multiple online computer systems with technical proficiency. Strong PC skills are necessary to conduct required research and documentation.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday – Thursday, 8am – 8pm; Friday, 8am – 7pm; Saturdays, 9am – 1pm.

**Team Members must have open availability and flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during the hours of operation.

*Require to work 2 Saturdays/month

**Schedule is subject to change according to business need

Currently hiring for training class starting on Monday, June 4th.

Training hours are 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday for 4 weeks. (Must be available to attend entire paid training class)

A pre-employment reading assessment is required for this position

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of experience offering products and services to customers based on their needs

  • Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

  • Strong data entry and attention to detail skills

  • Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in Spanish/English

  • Must be able to attend full duration of required training period
