Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Product Operations Manager
The Product Operations Manager will be part of the Product Operations Group within CGBU reporting to the Senior Director, Business Operations and Strategy. The person in this role will have two primary areas of responsibility:
- Communications interface to broader business unit
The product operations function interfaces with key stakeholders across the business unit, particularly the Development organization, to assist in product release cycle processes, issues, and actions. This person will provide consistent and timely communications to ensure on time and efficient execution of deliverables in meeting release requirements and milestones.
- Product pricing analyst
As part of the responsibilities of this position, this person will be expected to support the Sr. Pricing Manager in working with Product Managers on the timelines and actions for delivering pricing/licensing/metrics to current or new HW/SW offerings. This includes facilitating a business case, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring all actions complete for price list publication.
Skills and experience of the ideal candidate:
Demonstrated track record of managing complex activities in large, matrixed organizations having to work across multiple functional areas.
Excellent working in teams and building collaborative relationships
Experience managing a project or program with specific tasks, interim milestones, and critical path items
Use of productivity tools to generate and publish internal communications to stakeholder community regarding key events, activities, milestones, and deadlines
Experience in pricing management especially with cloud software or network signaling software in the telecommunications space
Ability to work independently, develop clear and concise deliverables, Demonstrate tenacity in the face of obstacles, display a commitment to everyday quality, and take accountability for results.
Strong communications skills across a variety of audiences technical, SVP and related leadership, legal, product management, sales
Trustworthy and dependable with a high degree of personal integrity
Experience with multiple software license types and pricing models, especially cloud
Undergraduate degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
U.S. or Canada based; no specific location required
