Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.
As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Thrives in fast paced environment Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. 5 years related experience and BA/BS degree in marketing or technical major preferred.

We are seeking a Strategic Content Marketer to join our proposals content team and drive forward compelling content in support of sales activities for our Grid and Asset Management Platforms. This person willwrite and maintain long-form proposal content that furthers sales pursuits. The strategic content marketer advocates for clear, concise, and compelling storytelling that focuses on client business drivers, solution value, and Oracle differentiators.
Top candidates will have experience creating marketing or sales content for utility systems, preferably related to grid or asset management systems. If you could spend hours talking about grid optimization, distributed energy, or asset management in an IoT world, we d love to hear from you.
Develop and implement high impact and differentiated solution positioning and messaging for proposals activities
Build a library of Win Themes and other messaging to support proposals and pursuits in other sales stages
Serve as a subject matter expert on solutions in support of deal pursuits and proposal content creation
Develop and deliver high-impact repeatable sales tools related to sales pursuits
Work with subject matter experts to write new standard, re-usable proposal content
Identify gaps in standard proposal content and work with management to prioritize new projects
Audit, organize, and update existing standard proposal content
Keep relevant materials current and accessible to all stakeholders
Assist with writing and editing key sections of high-value business proposals
Deliver key sales training materials and guidance to empower sales teams to build the strongest narrative throughout their presentations and proposals to prospects.
Steer bid teams to applicable materials
Demonstrated ability to:
Contribute to complex B2B proposals, preferably in the energy/utility industry or for a large consultancy
Synthesize complex information to write convincing narratives for a business audience
Edit content from multiple sources for consistent tone, style, and purpose
Collaborate with subject matter experts across the company on writing projects
Plan and project manage content deliverables under tight deadlines
Deliver client-ready materials in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
You re high-horsepower, creative thinker; you have an ability to distill complex ideas in succinct and compelling ways, and communicate them through strong written communication
