Oracle Business Operations Manager- Solutions Engineering in San Antonio, Texas
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.

POSITION: Business Operations Manager
LOCATION: US willing to travel
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Senior Director, NAA, Sales Operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Operations Manager and key operations partner to Sales VP/SVP.
Is able to work with SVP to define and communicate business strategy.
Is able to work with SVP to design and influence go-to-market models, sales territories, and coverage and optimize resourcing.
Drives Business Development activities and Sales program roll-out for SVP to Reps and ensures compliance with programs.
Drives quarterly business reviews (coordinating with Finance) to assess effectiveness of business, including overall business results, trends, sales Rep performance, sales program results, and makes recommendations to SVP on actions to improve (sales strategy, new initiatives, etc.).
Analyze and reports on pipeline, booking, revenue, expense management, sales productivity and participation, and quota attainment, HC management and dashboard review and follow-up.
Conducts deal reviews weekly on key deals.
Supports Finance in weekly cadence for forecasts at SVP level and internal QBRs, etc. and prepares SVP for QBRs as needed.
Drives annual planning go-to-market strategy, territory activities with shared services, etc.
Provides business approvals, issue resolution and ad hoc approvals for SVP.
Provides a connection from LOB to the NAA and Global Business Operations Teams.
Interfaces and manages the activities provided by the shared services teams including issue resolution, stuck deal escalations, booking issues, provisioning, TA, comp issues, etc.

EDUCATION
