Manages and negotiates strategic transactions for Oracle Corporation, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic licensing, minority investments and joint ventures.
Responsible for reviewing incoming opportunities for acquisition, investment, licensing or joint venture. Develop and coordinate acquisition/licensing strategy with development groups, including identifying and prioritizing technology needs.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role.

Global Corporate Communications Program Manager
The Global Corporate Communications Program Manager will be responsible for supporting, facilitating and executing our communications programs to engage, empower and educate our internal and external audiences on the benefits Oracle has achieved through the use of our cloud applications (referred to as Oracle@Oracle). This individual will work across several teams including lines of business (LOBs), OAL, product marketing, corporate marketing, field marketing, HR communications and other teams to create both internal-facing as well as external-facing content and programs, including website content, success stories, articles, videos, presentations, thought leadership, and related campaigns and programs.
We are looking for a strong team player with excellent communications, project management, and writing skills to be responsible for the development of customer success stories, videos, social media content, sales presentations, events and related campaigns and programs. Managing multiple projects and continuous communication with stakeholders is key to your success.
Work across several teams including lines of business (LOBs), OAL, product marketing, corporate marketing, field marketing, HR communications and other teams to create both internal-facing as well as external-facing content and programs.
Facilitate and manage the ongoing development of content for the internal Oracle@Oracle website working with internal stakeholders as required.
Manage the development of content including website content, success stories, articles, events, videos, presentations, webinars, thought leadership, social media, and related campaigns and programs.
Facilitate the development of white papers, blog posts, and articles in conjunction with product marketing teams and Oracle LOB executives on topics of interest that highlight Oracle@Oracle for both internal and external audiences.
Facilitate and manage ongoing series of webinars collaborating with the LOBs, product marketing, corporate marketing and field marketing.
Facilitate and manage global events activities and sessions for Oracle@Oracle including Oracle OpenWorld, Modern Business Experience and other field marketing events.
Develop and manage a portal on Sales Central for all sales assets, including videos, presentations, etc., ensuring they are easily available electronically and are always up to date.
Develop sales kits to enable sales teams to efficiently use for lead nurturing.
Develop a content calendar and manage the Slack channel to ensure continuous engagement with channel members.
Facilitate and manage a thought leadership program and social media calendar to ensure continuous development and amplification of content.
Project management activities including leading cross functional team calls, keeping stakeholders updated on progress, tracking success and making recommendations for continued improvement.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
2 years of progressive experience in communications, marketing or both
Excellent writing, oral communication and editing abilities
Demonstrated project management skills and experience
Demonstrated critical thinking skills
Highly detailed oriented
Ability to self-set priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as manage cross-functional teams and projects
Attention to detail and accuracy, strong commitment to quality and delivery agreements
Strong interpersonal skills, with a high degree of professionalism and the ability to exercise good judgement, diplomacy and discretion
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications* *

Expertise in Microsoft Excel
