Manages and negotiates strategic transactions for Oracle Corporation, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic licensing, minority investments and joint ventures.
Responsible for reviewing incoming opportunities for acquisition, investment, licensing or joint venture. Develop and coordinate acquisition/licensing strategy with development groups, including identifying and prioritizing technology needs.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.

The Global Corporate Communications Senior Manager, Corporate Operations, will be responsible for supporting, facilitating and executing our communications programs to engage, empower and educate our internal and external audiences on the benefits Oracle has achieved through the use of our cloud applications (referred to as Oracle@Oracle). This individual will work across several teams including lines of business (LOBs), OAL, product marketing, corporate marketing, field marketing, HR communications and other teams to create both internal-facing as well as external-facing content and programs, including website content, success stories, articles, events, videos, presentations, webinars, thought leadership, social media, and related campaigns and programs.
We are looking for a strong team player with fresh ideas and excellent skills in positioning and messaging, executive-level writing, thought leadership, internal and external marketing and communications, and project management. Developing high quality and engaging content, managing multiple projects and continuous communication with stakeholders is key to your success.
Work across several teams including lines of business (LOBs), OAL, product marketing, corporate marketing, field marketing, HR communications and other teams to create both internal-facing as well as external-facing content and programs
Develop messaging narratives and content for the internal and external Oracle@Oracle programs working with internal stakeholders.
Manage the development of content including website content, success stories, articles, events, videos, presentations, thought leadership, social media, and related
campaigns and programs
Develop white papers, blog posts, and articles working with product marketing teams and Oracle LOB executives on topics of interest that highlight Oracle@Oracle for both internal and external audiences.
Facilitate and manage a thought leadership program and social media calendar to ensure continuous development and amplification of content.
Project management activities including leading cross functional team calls, keeping stakeholders updated on progress, tracking success and making recommendations for continued improvement.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills* *
8 years of progressive experience in communications, marketing or both
Excellent writing skills and expertise developing positioning and messaging platforms and content for technology companies preferably B2B enterprise software and cloud technology companies
Demonstrated project management skills and experience
Demonstrated critical thinking skills
Fresh,out of the box ideas for program and content development
Highly detailed oriented
Ability to self-set priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as manage cross-functional teams and projects
Attention to detail and accuracy, strong commitment to quality and delivery agreements
Strong interpersonal skills, with a high degree of professionalism and the ability to exercise good judgement, diplomacy and discretion
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Graphic design experience proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint
Expertise in Microsoft Excel
Experience with webpage design and content management tools
