  • TheProgram Managerwill manage all

operation aspects of program activity including: cost management, scheduled

management, date management, proposal activity and other related program


Duties and


  • Serve as a

    principle liaison and manager of the Software Environment.

  • Be the point

    person for all facilities major points of contacts including:

  • IT and help

    desk support and resolution

  • Vendor

    service providers

  • Resolve and

    manage lease and landlord facility issues

  • Plan,

    schedule, organize and administer program tasks, budgets and schedules.

  • Track program

    against schedule, budget and phase review objectives, reporting status to

    supervisor on a regular basis and executive staff as needed and/or


  • Develop and

    implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.

  • In charge of

    managing and creating contract deliverables

  • Establish and

    manage customer relationships.

  • Concentrate

    on the efforts associated with the contract and collaborate with the

    customer to integrate it with the different elements of customers overall


  • Investigate

    and adjust personnel problems among program team members. Effectively

    recommend as to hiring, promotions, wage adjustments and terminations.

  • Prepare and

    present Employee Performance evaluations and submit to Corporate according

    to Policy.

  • Recommend

    and/or lead new processes where needed to improve quality or on-time


  • Generate

    various reports/deliverables including monthly program status reports to

    the appropriate customers and management personnel.

  • Ensure

effective reporting and communication with the client, the program team and all

customers and stakeholders.

  • Manager

of all Ajanta personnel on-site

  • Resolving HR

issues and referring to corporate HR

  • Managing

timesheets and reporting of employees

  • Conducting

employee reviews and feedback

  • Responsible

for day-to-day management of all program staff including; time cards, expense

reports, hiring, awards, evaluations and terminations.

  • In charge of reviewing FFP invoices

  • Other

duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s

Degree in IT or technical equivalent field

  • Minimum

five (5) years of experience managing a project of similar size and complexity

(a combination of additional experience, education, and training may substitute

formal education).

Knowledge, Skills

and Abilities:

  • Ability

to obtain a Secret Clearance if needed

  • Proven

track record of leadership of large initiatives

  • Must be well

organized, an effective communicator at multiple levels and able to grasp

system concepts and communicate their applications.

  • Must be capable of

quickly learning new systems and associated software applications for

proficient execution of tasks.

  • Ability to manage

multiple projects with time related constraints in a fast- paced contract

manufacturing environment.

  • Have experiencing

managing large groups of people at least 25 at the same time

  • Speak effectively

before groups of internal and/or external customers or employees.

  • High

level of integrity and accountability.

  • Ability

to travel, as needed.

  • While performing the duties of this

a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to

particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
