Responsibilities

As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project

  • Prepare deliverables

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters

  • Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success assisting large employers with improving the performance of their human resources organization including the following areas: - Improving the delivery of HR services; - Implementing HR technologies; - Aligning HR strategy and people strategies with business strategies; - Streamlining and standardizing HR policies, practices, and processes; and, - Transforming the HR organization to be more effective in managing human capital and supporting the business units.

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success learning and performing in functional and technical capacities, including the following areas: - Implementing system applications, software configurations, and XML or other related coding in HR technological product suites including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Netsuite, Taleo, or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP; - Utilizing PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and business levels of fluency in multiple languages to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently while emphasizing the ability to capture effectively clients' needs and understand their systems enough to be able to translate those needs in to system functionality; and, - Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborating effectively across teams, and juggling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
