Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8 plus years relevant work experience.

As a senior project manager on the North America Applications sales operations team, you will be responsible for contributing to both short-term and long-range business planning with an ultimate goal of improving sales process efficiency and overall sales productivity. You will collect, verify, and analyze sales operations data to measure key performance indicators and make recommendations/ implement programs aimed at improving business processes. We are looking for someone who is a team player and possesses the unique ability to craft a strategic vision and then roll up their sleeves to make the vision a reality.
Serve as project manager on a variety of sales operations projects lead teams to hit milestones and ensure project status & progress is communicated to stakeholders
Partner with technical teams to improve sales tools and automate as much as possible for sales manager coaching and Quarterly Business Reviews to include: account planning, white space and install base reporting, executive relationship scoring, opportunity and sales play progress.
Take a leadership role on the team to evaluate current business process and data issues to recommend new processes and governance models
Synthesize, consolidate and analyze complex data / information from a variety of sources. Identify and evaluate relevant issues to target improvements.
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and develop and lead the implementation of solutions
Thoroughly document and communicate the results of your efforts
Conduct meetings and create presentations to share ideas and findings
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Effectively manage competing resources and priorities with little supervision
Demonstrable ability to present complex data and plans to diverse audiences.
Strong leadership, innovation and creativity in bringing various viewpoints together to advance business imperatives
Strong problem solving skills and exceptional attention to detail

A history of leading and supporting successful projects
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Previous project management and consulting experience preferred
PMP Certification preferred
