Senior-level implementation professional who performs high-profile, complex, or very large implementations.
Analyze business needs and provide recommendations on how to program the product hierarchy to address the customer s specifications. Write custom reports and exports, and make modifications to the solution to meet customer's needs. Assist with end-user training and take the hotel live on the system after everything has been configured and everyone is trained. Mentor and develop lower level Implementation Consultants. May assist in a presales capacity to help drive sale.
5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to area of focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

The Consulting Training & Enablement team, within the Oracle Food & Beverage Technical Services group, is comprised of F&B industry experts with strong hospitality solution knowledge and architecture expertise. The goals of this team are to support the Global F&B Consulting teams through focused project engagements, classroom instruction and digital training content creation.
*Position Description *
A Training & Enablement Consultant is responsible for the following:
Subject matter expertise for classroom product training
Contribution of content for digital self-paced training
Maintaining and expanding personal product knowledge
Developing implementation tools and templates for Global F&B Consulting
Provide project guidance and resource mentoring for Global F&B Consulting
*Job Requirements *
Work is non-routine and complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in areas of specialization, in particular with Simphony POS, Back Office, Reporting & Analytics, and related products. Prior experience with Strategy and Product Management functions is a plus. At least 4 years of Oracle/Micros Hospitality products experience is preferred. Excellent communication & presentation skills with both internal and external resources required. The ability to travel domestically and internationally on occasion is required.
