CACI is seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator- Navy in San Diego, CA. shall provide technical support for the NTCSS (Naval Tactical Command Support Systems) program. If you are looking to be a part of a world class team, CACI would like to speak with you.
What you’ll get to do:
Evaluate NTCSS program and site operational requirements, perform systems integration, software loads and database conversion functions including support for database problems issues.
Provide technical support in loading of Operating Systems (O/S), LINUX, Microsoft Windows Advanced Server, Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE), Applications and Databases.
Validate functions of NTCSS to ensure servers are in the proper network configuration and application functionality throughout the Navy Enterprise.
Supply support information for site’s operational NTCSS configuration.
Participate in scheduling, developmental testing and preparation, presentations, reports, and other materials to meet requirements such as Test Case development and review, Training Plans, Training Curriculum, System Operation Verification Test (SOVT) documentation validation and review.
Utilize Ticketing Support System for Customer Support Help Desk
Recommending system/software improvements
Provide Site Assist Visits
Monitor server and client application load processes
Employ interactive and batch processes, to customized web-based solutions, operating in a distributed or standalone environment.
What qualifications you’ll bring:
ACTIVE Secret Clearance
Four years’ experience supporting IA Security for Windows Server OS.
Installing and Configuring Windows Server
Administering Windows Server
IAT-2 certification in the Windows Server Operating System (OS)
Configuring Advanced Windows Server Services
CompTIA Security Plus
Windows 10 Configuring Certification
Be knowledgeable in the NTCSS products Application functionalities
These Qualification would be Nice to Have:
Knowledge of BMC Remedy IT Service Management System
IAT-1 certification for Window 7 OS to support OOMA client application requirements
Optimized Intermediate Maintenance Activity (OIMA)
Organizational Maintenance Management System Next Generation (OMMS-NG)
Relational Supply (RSUPPLY)
Sybase Applications and Database Management
