We’re growing! This is a new position on our customer care team with the opportunity to have a major impact on our Customer Obsession. We need your strong leadership, sense of urgency and attention to detail to build on our existing programs. This role can be based in Tampa, Florida

Responsibilities:

  • Actively listen to each customer with patience and courtesy.

  • Use your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to come up with solutions

  • Use your great communication skills to resolve customer’s device, billing and service concerns.

  • Excite customers about how new solutions can positively impact their lives.

  • Build customer relationships – earn their loyalty and trust by being polite and helpful.

Must have:

  • Customer service or equivalent experience

  • Phone experience with clients

  • Troubleshooting

  • Good communication

  • Problem solving skills
